How to improve your life with wild horses – the Mustangs
A practical guide to life from the Wild Prairie’s
Horses are present here and now, they do not dig in the past and do not worry about the future, and all that exists for them is this moment.
The horses have very sharp senses and healthy instincts that protect them from predators and existential dangers.
When a horse encounters a problem it responds with 2 options FIGHT or FLIGHT to escape quickly.
There are situations in which a horse will FREEZE and will not respond, this is a dangerous situation that may cost him his life.
A horse is a prey animal that constantly scans its surroundings to see if there are any dangers to its life, it is its way of survival.
How does this affect us?
Defense from enemies – learn from the horse to quickly identify, according to our gut feeling who is dangerous to us, and respond immediately.
Moving from a danger zone: to stay away from people who are harmful to us the sooner the better.
Do not let emotional manipulations interfere with us identifying these dangers and respond in one of the two ways:
** escape, walk, and disconnect
** Or fight for our energy and not give up.
Parasites – horses do not like ticks, and scratch to get rid of them. Identify the energetic ticks in your life scratch them out of your life.
How do you identify a parasite? When we feel guilty, small, ashamed, tired, stressed, and unhappy in their presence. After identification, we must immediately move away from that parasite in a gallop and not look back. Any attempt to let the parasite explain itself and beg for a connection will cause you unnecessary suffering.
Decisions – Horse do not like hesitations, they are moving most of the time and flowing with everyday life.
You have to learn from them to decide on the move, not to hesitate or sit on the fence.
Failure to make a decision is hesitation and lowers energy. This should be avoided. Any decision that you do not decided is preferable to lack of action and stagnation.
Abundance – Horses will always graze where there is higher quality grass.
Learn to quickly identify, opportunities in your life, where there is potential for abundance and also to identify what is outdated and does not produce results. Learn to say yes to life!! Yes to new opportunities, learn to take calculated risks, It is difficult to make a change in life without leaving comfort areas.
Leadership – In a herd of horses in nature, the leader is the dominant alpha mare with a great deal of responsibility to maintain the integrity of the herd, lead it to safety from enemies and lead the flock to pasture and water.
Choose a worthy leader who can be trusted or become a leader that your friends can trust.
Remember that true leadership is given and not taken by force. A leader without integrity and compassion is not a true leader.
Intuition – The horses are an intuitive animal that acts according to its “horsesense” – a combination of intuition and heart.
It is a horse sense that allows them to recognize what is in the heart of the person facing them. Learn from the horses to sharpen your intuition and act. When you think about something and your heart expands – there’s something right there. When your heart or stomach contracts – do not be there!! Listen to your senses!!
JOY – Horses have humor, they love to have fun and play. To connect to their inner joy and learn to pass things lightly, without heaviness and not dwell on the small things, it is unnecessary.
Courage – Horses give a lot of courage to man, learn to break your limits with courage like the herd of horses, galloping forward and don’t let anyone stop you.
When you have a goal, gallop toward it like a herd of horses!
